Frozen Fish Supplier


We are fish suppliers for frozen fish as well. The technology for freezing fish has improved exponentially over the years. IQF (individually quick frozen) fish is becoming more and more common. IQF means that each fillet is frozen separately rather than all of the fillets being frozen in a solid block.


IQF fish products are processed and frozen within hours of catch, which locks in the flavor and texture of fresh fish. In fact, an IQF product can be of a higher quality than “fresh” fish that has been in a fishing boat’s refrigerated hold for several days.
